How to Keep Your Banana Bread Fresh
If your banana bread doesn’t get all eaten up right away, you can easily store it at room temp. Make sure to let your banana bread cool completely. Once your bread is cool just store it in a zip lock bag or Tupperware container with a paper towel. The paper towel will prevent your banana bread from getting soggy. It will last at room temp for around 4 days.
